The main responsibilities of the Graphic Designer will be developing concepts, graphics and layouts for a diverse range of online media including but not limited to social media ad campaigns, post concepts, digital banner ads (still and html5), presentations, posters, and videos (including Instagram/Facebook Stories). You’ll be required to work effectively to a design briefs, preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas by agreed deadlines. You’ll manage the production process from start to finish and work with account managers to deliver on campaign asset requirements. A graphic or motion design degree is preferred but not essential. You’ll have a huge amount of creative freedom and a supportive environment where you’ll bring ideas to life and learn a huge amount along the way!

Proven track record in Paid Search management, comfortable handling large and complex accounts. Develops initial keyword list leveraging identified brand territory for internal and client review. Writes initial draft creative based on briefing materials and best practice. Performs account diagnostics and reports on the good, bad and ugly. Knowledgeable of the latest updates regarding industry tools and user interfaces (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, bid management and reporting platforms etc.). Participates in weekly team meetings and offers ideas and suggestions to improve and evolve agency process. Demonstrates ability to lead meetings and strategy, takes ownership of client success, managing their expectations, budgets and driving impact. Shows appropriate time management skills to include completion of projects on time and proactivity in quieter periods. Develops knowledge of client’s business. Completes accurate forecasts and cost estimates for planning. Proficient in competitor research tools and Google Analytics. Provides new business support as needed. Trains and developers junior team members.

You’ll join our team of freelance developers currently costing of 3 individuals. You’ll assist internal teams on a project by project basis, handling tasks of various descriptions from full website builds, redesigns, platform updates or changes. You’ll have a broad knowledge of key softwares and programming language. Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript as standard. The ability to write and customise AdWords Scripts would be beneficial. Additional languages also very much a benefit. Understanding of AMP pages and how best to optimise for this technology important. Some understanding of SEO beneficial.
